Property listing portals — such as Property Finder or Bayut, where you have been referred through those platforms
Regulatory or law enforcement authorities — where required by law, including UAE AML obligations

07 — Data Retention

How Long We Keep Your Data

Active clients & transaction records — retained for a minimum of 5 years following completion of a transaction, in line with UAE AML and DLD record-keeping requirements.
Enquiries that did not result in a transaction — retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact.
Marketing communications — retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
Website technical data — retained in anonymised or aggregated form for analytics purposes.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
